Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Controller, this position will oversee and support all day-to-day administrative duties in the office to ensure that the office is operating effectively and efficiently. This role includes coordinating office activities, Accounts Payable and Human Resources duties.Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day office operations, including reception duties, mail distribution, and supply management.
- Responsible for maintaining filing systems, including record retention.
- Responsible for posting Accounts Payable and working with the Purchasing Department and Warehouse on discrepancies.
- Responsible for maintaining employee files, assisting management with onboarding, and coordinating employee requests.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
- Performing receptionist duties and coordinating coverage of the reception area.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong Interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
- Flexibility to adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change.
- Proficient in accounting and human management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree in business administration or related preferred.
- Three years or more of related experience required.
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Human Resources a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift, up to 25 pounds, at times.
- Able to travel locally, as needed.
