Mold Pull-Out Technician

Sea Fox Boat Company is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Mold Pull-Out Technician to join our fiberglass production team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely removing finished fiberglass parts from molds and preparing them for the next stage of production. This position requires the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule
  • Typical start time: approximately 10:00 AM
  • Hours may vary based on production needs
Key Responsibilities
  • Remove finished fiberglass parts from molds after the lamination process has cured
  • Inspect parts for visible defects prior to transferring them to the next department
  • Handle molds and finished products safely during the removal process
  • Assist with basic mold preparation and cleaning as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and production guidelines
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Strong reliability and punctuality
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing setting involving fiberglass materials
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
  • Demonstrated responsibility and maturity when working alone
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in fiberglass work, manufacturing, or mold handling is a plus, but not required
