Sea Fox Boat Company is an industry leading, saltwater fishing boat manufacturer who is looking for talented production installers that can aid in the manufacturing and construction of our boats. We have several job opportunities available that could include assembly/installation for cushions ,consoles, tops and/or fiberglass parts.

In order to qualify for this job, the applicant must be able to perform the following:

1. Proficient with hand tools including drills and screw guns.

2. Full Time work load Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. 

3. Pass a drug and background test.

Key Responsibilities and Physical Requirements:

  • Assemble/install equipment with high quality standards and meeting daily production goals.
  • Keep up with a fast paced manufacturing line to ensure that our manufacturing plant receives their parts in a timely manner.
  • Work in a safe and professional manner and able to get along with others.
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations and housekeeping guidelines.
  • General housekeeping, maintenance and organization.
  • Performs related duties as required.
  • May be required to stand for long periods of time.
  • May be required to operate a forklift. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50-75 pounds.
  • Engaging in bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling.
  • Work in a covered warehouse environment to include varying temperature conditions.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (over 50 lbs.) and working in extreme weather conditions.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
