Position Summary
The Interior Installer plays a key role in bringing our boats to life. You’ll install high-quality interior components — from seating and cabinetry to flooring and trim — ensuring each vessel meets our exacting standards for appearance, durability, and performance.
What You’ll Do
Install a wide range of interior components: seating, cushions, cabinetry, trim, flooring, and upholstery
Align, fit, and secure parts using fasteners, adhesives, and sealants
Ensure installations meet Sea Fox’s quality and durability standards
Read and interpret blueprints, layout diagrams, and work instructions
Measure, cut, and fit materials such as composites, vinyl, and marine fabrics
Coordinate with electrical and plumbing teams to ensure proper routing and clearances
Inspect materials and surfaces prior to installation; make adjustments for a perfect fit
Report defects or material issues to supervisors
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or marine carpentry training a plus)
Experience in boat or marine interior installation is a plus, but not required
Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely
Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces
Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
Work Environment
Boat manufacturing facility — fast-paced and hands-on
Standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting required daily
Not climate controlled
Occasional overtime or weekend hours based on production needs
