The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests, providing a welcoming and professional experience. This entry-level role requires a high level of confidentiality, organization, and professionalism while supporting daily administrative operations.

- Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each visit and direct or escort individuals to the appropriate location.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages when needed
- Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain office supply inventory, including monitoring stock levels and notifying appropriate personnel for reordering.
- Ensure frequently used forms are printed, organized, and readily available.
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems, including quarterly and annual records.
- Keep the kitchen and common areas stocked, clean, and presentable.
- Provide support to customer service, accounting, and Human Resources departments as needed.
- Assist with additional administrative or production-related duties as assigned.
- Daily AP posting and filing
- Data Entry
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- General computer proficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
